Yes. We deliver coaching and training virtually via Teams or Zoom, or in-person across the UK depending on your needs.
Individual coaching sessions last around 60 minutes. Workshops and team training range from 90 minutes to full-day sessions.
Pricing depends on the type and duration of the session. We offer flexible packages for individuals and organisations, and bespoke quotes for group or corporate bookings.
